Source materials that can be mentioned include video games, visual novels, live-action series, drama CDs, etc.

Notes:
The number of volumes can be replaced with the number of chapters or the chapters' range if proper reasoning and sources are given to support it.
This refers to the time setting for movies, OVA, or specials related to a series.
Information about significant deviations from the source material, such as anime-original endings, can be noted. In such cases, do not mention specific plot events.
Do not mention what manga/light novel the anime is adapting; this is redundant.

For anime that are listed as "Source: Original" in the MAL database, all adaptations can be included.

"bundled with" can be replaced with "included in" whenever necessary.
This refers to episodes that did not originally air with the TV series and were only included in the TV series' Blu-ray/DVD release.
